Introduction
These general and special terms of hosting services govern the legal relationship between ED–Vision (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) and the service user.
The general terms of use come into effect on 12.04.2021 and remain valid until amended. We may update or modify these terms from time to time to comply with the law or adapt to changing business requirements.
Pricing and Payment Terms
The price list for all services provided by the Service Provider is publicly available at: https://ed-vision.com/web-hosting.
ED–Vision is authorized to modify the price list and will notify users by publishing updates on its website or by another appropriate method.
For existing users, the updated price will apply 30 days after the changes are published on ED–Vision’s official website or by another suitable method.
The user agrees to pay for services by the due date. If the invoice is not settled by the due date, ED–Vision is entitled to charge statutory default interest and reminder costs on overdue amounts, and has the right to deactivate the service to prevent further loss.
If the user fails to fulfill their obligations within 30 days from the invoice date after receiving a written reminder, ED–Vision may immediately terminate the user relationship and initiate legal collection proceedings without additional notice.
Accuracy of Information
The Service Provider has the right to refuse a service request:
a) if there is reasonable suspicion that the user’s identity, legal capacity, authorization, or right of representation is inaccurate or false,
b) if there is reasonable suspicion that the user intends to misuse the services or allow a third party to do so.
The Service Provider may send informative messages to the user via email or in writing solely regarding its services and information related to their use.
The user must notify the Service Provider by email or in writing of any changes to personal/contact information within 7 days of the change; otherwise, delivery will be considered valid based on existing information.
Communication
Users may contact the Service Provider via the official email: info@ed-vision.com

Web Hosting Backups
ED–Vision provides an option in each user panel (cPanel) to create backups of web hosting space, emails, MySQL databases, statistics, etc. Users can independently create full backups and store them locally on their computer or CD/DVD.

If ED–Vision determines that another provider could better meet user needs, it reserves the right to terminate the hosting agreement at its discretion. If reasonable, a 30-day notice will be given, and a full backup of website content and email will be provided.
